Elizabeth Taylor – Trustee: Currently leading website development and communication.

Prior to retirement, Liz was a university lecturer and module leader for the teaching of English. Her main areas of expertise were in the teaching of reading, language development, and drama in the classroom.
Liz commenced her teaching career working in multicultural primary schools in London. She later moved into senior posts in both advisory work and teacher training. For two years she also undertook school inspections across the UK.
In 2014, with a partner colleague, Liz drafted and piloted a successful in-service CPD course –  [CPD 1} for teachers from a federation of 12 schools in Delhi, India. Liz spent 4 months in India teaching the course. She continued to co-ordinate the training programme until 2017 when it was taken on and further extended by experienced Helga Todd educational trainers. Liz continues to contribute to Helga Todd online training for reading and language development.
