Systematic school based professional development through tailored short courses. CPD 1 introduces schools to a more active pedagogy alongside a mentor development programme.

Completion and evaluation of the CPD 1 programme has led to a second phase of professional development. CPD2 aims to develop a collaborative and sustainable way of working with schools to embed and develop key themes from CPD1
WORKING WITH THE EARLY YEARS
